The relaxed work environment and just knowing that I'm helping to make people's lives better in a small way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a leadership and sr leadership team. The leadership is your direct manager, department sr manager and department director. The leadership is great about keeping us informed and helping with our developmental goals. Also easily approachable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teaching and learning. Everyone needs to be teachable and open to new ideas and other perspectives. I can go up to a director and have a conversation with them about something I don't agree with or about anything really. Approachability is what it comes back to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a very open line of communication and everyone is supportive of each other. If I want to take a couple of hours to work on a project my team will ask if they can help in any way. If someone falls behind, the rest will jump in to help.
