What is the best part about your compensation package?

Honestly, the pay is great and the flexibility with my schedule is what drew me to this company. I do appreciate the other benefits, but being a mom, I really needed an employer who understood my responsibility to my kids.

Employees receive a decent number of days off, and can carry several hours over

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Stop taking away the benefits I use. I do not need invitro-child care reimbursment

Reasonable raises and bonuses for PT's, PEC's snd Aides. Everyone above that is already over compensated.

Majority of employee compensation benefits were stripped following their footprint expansion 5-10 years ago.

Management involment in anything. Fair pay for uncollected overtime wages

Making more money and working at a company that values hard work over favorites
