What is the best part about your compensation package?
Paid vacations and paid sick days. The 401K was also decent.

Better pay especially when a 2-4 year degree is typically required
I feel undervalued because everyone relies on you but they dont care to ever help you in return. You are just a servant to them.
Treat people like a number
Number of hours required to complete work does not justify the pay

I recently looked into average salary for my position in the area in which I live and found that I am severely underpaid. On top of that management doesn't give feedback unless you are doing something wrong and never in a timely manner. When you are doing well no on gives you positive feedback ever!
Raises and to get our tech position back and fromt desk separate from tech
Salaries should be higher. More transparency with raises. Should at least get cost of living increases.
