What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Patients don't feel like they're getting one on one care, and they get upset when physical therapist have to pass them on to OSS.
Ask the employees at the clinic level. Management doesnt care.
New leadership, new business plan
The company is too concerned about having there fingers in everything and controlling the clinicians that it leaves the clinicians with there hands tied to treat patients.
Bring back more support staff
Leadership is not being effective and transparency and is not making good changes.
Having to manage a patient caseload and worry about numbers that are out of your control is frustrating
