I believe we have phenomenal insurance coverage options; ranging from comprehensive life insurance options to retirement plans!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market correction and pay rise
Women are not promoted/advanced in the company. I want to have increased responsibilities and be compensated accordingly

the interviewers were very laid back, job was not what they told me
