Benefits are lacking compared to competitors. Again the approach to benefits is very European as in "what does the law make you provide" which is not a NA approach. NA Companies know to set themselves apart with their benefit packages not purposely try to do the least.

The customer pays for 1 FTE but the job requires at least 3. For not enough money, I am expected to do the work of 3. 70-hour work weeks were not unusual.

The company did not pay merit raises in 2017, and forced all employees to take a furlough day in June. Additionally, pulled most employees from bonus plan in 2016
