Less service-business financial trickery and better budget management all year (vs harsh limits and police state at end of quarter/half/year

Base pay is comparable to market - Bonuses could be more consistently linked to areas of influence in a large company.

The entire organization feels like a single team. This culture is employee-derivative not lead by leaders. We stick together because of need

I"m fortunate to have a strategic role but even that is stifled by spend limits. Others aren't paid well and forced to do more w/ less.
