What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are prompt, friendly, and work well with one another yo communicate so that things get done
They let me do my job and trust in me that it will be done.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being leaders and leading. Everyone wants to be the "leader" but no one wants to lead their teams. When we try to cone up with ideas were turned down.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its hard to feel value when management overall wants to have full power and not give the ability to work with us. Rather. They would prefer to boss us around

We all try to help one another because our leadership is no help to us.

Most of my co-workers are passionate, dedicated, and very supportive. Honestly, the rank-and-file employees are some of the most passionate and dedicated people I've ever worked with and the only reason this property gets so many rave guest reviews.

Maybe be more in depth. Hire better help

Being with my co workers and working at one of the most popular hotels
Working with my immediate team. Interacting with guests and exceeding their expectations.
