Treating humans? Fostering a human environment? Not treating people like robbing robots and surveilling their every step? Paying decent salaries? Providing paid vacation at least? Not bragging on widely published magazines about how the people they hire are cheap labor who won't resign?

I really value the fact that we can work remotely from any location, the flexibility with the working hours, and the fair compensation. It would be great to also have health insurance covered by the company, or an allowance for it.
