Variable Accelerators (hard to get them during pandemia) and Restricted Stock Unit
ESPP, competitive benefits, and a sabbatical every four years? What's not to love?
My base pay is the best part.
Autodesk is a paid-for-performance company so in addition to a fair and realistic compensation package, RSUs, I love the six-week paid sabbatical every 4 years.
Review from Sales Dept
Well balanced, fair and competitive enough.

Autodesk gives us a number of choices to pick from
Review from Sales Dept
Flexibility in benefits & package. Stock - ESPP & RSU allocations, based on performance/ behaviour. Autodesk are advanced in their drive towards rewards for the right behaviour & for exhibiting Autodesk values/ culture, day-to-day, not just for outcomes/ hitting targets.
RSU Medical Insurance Employee Yearly Benefits
Yearly hike and promotions are hard to get by.
Way less than market standards when compated to similar companies
US employees are given sabbaticals. It would be nice if all employees were give this option. US employees tend to be compensated better, have better benefits packages, and better bonus/RSU packages.
Equity / realistic base pay
The pay is definitely below market average. Higher base and more generous equity could help
Receiving 360 feedback would help.
They hired and give promotion on own circle of trust. Compensation based on impacts, efforts and merits.
Raises are lower than inflation rate. Ridiculous
Except the states, not so many benefits in local offices.
As a female, I regularly work with men who don't demonstrate the work ethic or leadership that one would expect considering their level of seniority/compensation. I feel undervalued when I know I'm working harder than others who aren't fulfilling their responsibilities while in positions of power.
discovering new benefit potentials for customers
better base , more RSUs
