Autodesk provides VSP and VSP Plus for Vision insurance. They are very good and cover a new pair of glasses every year. They typically cover the majority of the cost of lenses and frames, even for special prescriptions.

When I was there, it was positive and they did provide an allowance for outfitting the office.

Both with classic metrics such as attainment against quota as well as newer metrics such as adoption/consumption. This is measured both in comparison to target as well as YoY growth

360 feedback. I work remote, so the feedback is sometimes not on-point. My manager does a good job, though.

Good vibe, but understaffed and working too much. Wearing PO, PD, Marketing, and QA hats.

Currently I started a new role so a lot. In my old role, I was very comfortable so not at all.
