Its a pretty simple interview process more focused on culture and personality than on technical skills. I am interviewing internally though so the technical may be covered when talking to my manager. The interviews I've been apart of for external candidates have involved questions on how systems have been built, to explain differences between different solutions and why they went with the solution they picked, as well as that typical whats your greatest weakness and where do you see yourself in 5 years sort of questions.
