This was over a decade ago. I liked the approach of presenting as if already in the new role. This allows for individual expression as well as a fair and effective selection proces.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A culture that allows for individuality, constructive criticism/feedback without fear of retaliation and maintaining a healthy work life balance. This allows us to focus on the tasks and challenges at hand without being distracted by FUD.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autodesk places the individual at the centre of their operation not the company's goals. If the employee thrive and has freedom to manoeuvre, exploring and expanding the boundaries of their capacities, the company will thrive equally. This actually works.
