Autodesk is a paid-for-performance company so in addition to a fair and realistic compensation package, RSUs, I love the six-week paid sabbatical every 4 years.
The leadership team at Autodesk is highly approachable and there is an emphasis on accessibility, mentorship and sponsorship. They also do a great job at communicating clear vision, strategy and connecting the dots to tactics and execution.
The most positive is the company listens and takes action. I know many companies that go thru the motions of doing surveys but most aren't very actionable - Autodesk is and they value their employees so put a lot of energy and effort into creating a great employee experience.
