Autodesk AS A WHOLE is a great company to work for. With the acquisitions, they have taken on mid level management from other companies and they are AWFUL. They stab people in the back to climb the corporate ladder. THey spread lies behind your back, and they really don't do much for the org.

Your colleagues are amazing and are more than willing to help. It is more a family than a team.
What makes you most happy at work?
The org as a whole (before the Plangrid purchase) was amazing. All teams working together for a common vision.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quite worrying about diversity and inclusion so much and promote people that deserve it rather than promote based on sex or sexual orientation.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Where to start? The recruiters are good. Once you get to a hiring manager, prepare for another 3 interviews. If youre lucky you will get notified. Sometimes the recruiters and hiring managers dont even write you back. They're "too busy" Thats a bad manager.
