Autodesk is a great place to work. I've heard that our salaries may not be the highest in the tech industry, but the incredibly supportive environment, culture of recognition and growth and flexible working environment make up for any slight difference in salary.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that though there will multiple stages, each interviewer asks different questions and interviews were 30 min in length so they were targeted.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Because our company is global, our teams are diverse and bring interesting perspectives. I love getting to work with teammates from across time zones and cultures.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility of my working conditions, the high-tech nature of our work and availability of tools to get the job done, and the culture of recognition.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our benefit packages are comprehensive. The best part is our RSUs that vest 1/3 in one year from when they are awarded and then quarterly after which is amazing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has been incredible during such a tough year. Autodesk has been extremely supportive, encouraging and gracious to us employees by allowing flexible working conditions, extra benefits and resources.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autodesk takes its culture seriously. We engage in quarterly 'culture' sprints and surveys to gauge weak points in the way we work. Our leaders actively take measures to improve weak points in our culture.
