Trust your employees, empower them to do their jobs, allow employees to have a life outside work, be reasonable. This is specifically for GET leadership
Paying bonuses that are due
Having clear direction and accountability.
They need to know that between the field staff and executive leadership there is a layer of middle management that needs to move with the times.
understand the ground and not one size fit all mentality
Yearly hike and promotions are hard to get by.
Way less than market standards when compated to similar companies
US employees are given sabbaticals. It would be nice if all employees were give this option. US employees tend to be compensated better, have better benefits packages, and better bonus/RSU packages.
Equity / realistic base pay
The pay is definitely below market average. Higher base and more generous equity could help
They need to stop thinking that collaboration can happen without meetings.
Too many sloppy colleagues not performing up to par and you ended up doing other peoples work a lot of time. Too many people are rest and vest here. Not a place for young people who are looking for growth
stop being fake and go for the agreement if your manager or higher management said so.
Try to be more open about new ideas and not under estimate new comers and help juniors come up - instead of discouraging them
rapid prototyping of future solutions for customers
Hire efficient managers who bring.value
Quite worrying about diversity and inclusion so much and promote people that deserve it rather than promote based on sex or sexual orientation.
Need to improve collaboration and team work
Review from Engineering Dept
Company culture isn't a document for marketing.
get rid of the "do as I say not as I do" culture
Be friendly and respectful to candidates
Where to start? The recruiters are good. Once you get to a hiring manager, prepare for another 3 interviews. If youre lucky you will get notified. Sometimes the recruiters and hiring managers dont even write you back. They're "too busy" Thats a bad manager.
Too many interviews to hire for a position that in not considered senior leadership
Process was purely based on individual hiring manager style
focus on creative capabilities instead of mainstream utterly conventional education
Leadership is reactionary and not mature enough to have follow through. They don't understand how to effectively deal with the new way of working due to pandemic related changes. They are contributing to burnout instead of addressing it.
HR need to really listen to why people leave. HR need a better contingent worker practice.
wrong: relying upon erstwhile solutions; opening up to strategically relevant benefits for the future (strategic reconnaissance)
Claiming to be a customer company and then laying off most of the people that directly work with the customers. Listen to the needs of the customers. Stop laying off good workers.
Gender diversity in the tiers of leadership.
