Ms. Cheryl Scully Miller has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of AutoNation, Inc. since March 03, 2014 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer from March 09, 2015 to June 10, 2015. Ms. Miller served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at AutoNation, Inc. since January 07, 2014 to March 03, 2014. Ms. Miller served as Vice President and Treasurer since May 2009 until March 2010. Ms. Miller oversaw internal and external reporting, treasury, tax planning and compliance, internal audit, investor relations, financial planning and analysis and the company's shared service center. She has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience including over 15 years in the automotive industry. Ms. Miller joined AutoNation in 2009 as Treasurer and Vice President of Investor Relations. She served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of AutoNation, Inc from January 7, 2014 to March 3, 2014 and served as its Vice President since 2009. She served as Vice President of JM Family Enterprises Inc. Ms. Miller oversaw JM Family Enterprises Inc.'s treasury department, including asset-backed funding programs, cash management, financial interest rate risk management and banking relationships. She served as Treasurer of JM Family Enterprises Inc. She served as an Assistant Treasurer of JM Family Enterprises Inc. Ms. Miller served as Vice President and Treasurer of ION Media Networks Inc. since June 9, 2003, where she was responsible for the oversight of its treasury operations and investor relations. She joined Paxson in July 2001 and served as its Director of Treasury and Investor Relations. Ms. Miller also served as Director of Corporate Finance of ANC Rental Corporation, the parent company of Alamo Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental, where she was responsible for international financing facilities and financial risk management. Prior to ANC's spin-off from former parent AutoNation, Inc. she was employed by AutoNation, Inc., where she served as Manager of Structured Finance from August 1998 to December 2000. She also previously held financial management jobs at Republic Industries and its successor companies of AutoNation and Alamo/National car rental, as well as Circuit City Stores. Ms. Miller was employed by Circuit City Stores Inc. from June 1994 to July 1998, holding a number of progressively responsible finance and accounting positions, including Manager of Structure Finance. She has been Independent Director of Tyson Foods, Inc. since December 14, 2016. She serves as Advisory Board Member for the Florida Institute of CFOs and serves on the board of directors for the Broward Performing Arts Foundation. Ms. Miller has received numerous honors including the Florida Diversity Council's Glass Ceiling Award and Chief Financial Officer of the Year by the South Florida Business Journal. She has also been listed as one of 30 Outstanding Women in Finance by Treasury & Risk magazine, one of the nation's top female CFOs by Business Insider magazine, a member of the 2017 All-America Executive Team in the Midcap Best CFOs category by Institutional Investor magazine and one of the 100 Leading Women in the North American Automotive Industry by Automotive News. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and the Association for Financial Professionals. Ms. Miller graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University in Virginia.
