What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I found the culture to be toxic because of how senior leadership rules by fear. The CEO is a talking head really, the woman in England really calls the shots. It's hard to collaborate across business units because teams are sioled so no one knows what's going on in other parts of the agency.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?Actions speak louder than words. Say they will listen and take on feedback, but Then don't action anything. Decipher actual plans of action before announcing changes
