Transparency, defining compny goals and objectives
Communication misleading information, Direct support

They need to cultivate a better overall culture and create a one-company feeling. Transparency isn't as good as it used to be either and overall the company isn't really correlating its growth story with employee growth
Review from Operations Dept
Executive team has no clue what is happening on the operational level.

listen to staff advising change
I would like more money for the value I provide to the company
Review from Operations Dept
Most individual contributors are underpaid for their skills and experience
Living wages for all at the company, better raised based on reviews and no hourly salary cap for agents and managers to be compensated based on their work instead of assigning a 3 to everyone.
Comparable to industry averages. Sometimes when people move up in the company, their salary is based on their original salary adding to it, instead of paying for the position.
Still seems like a boys club - pals of the executive team get large scale promotions much more frequently than the rest of us, especially women.
I think the volume of agents we hire do not want to actually help the customers.
Review from Product Dept
The caliber of people we hire seems to be very sub par.

Communication is extremely poor across teams and especially sites.

Have a prayer room and respect cultures
Review from Customer Support Dept
i think the management, leadership department needs to have better training. They act more like friends than leadership. no on has the initive to take a supervisor call, there has been time when they straight up said they didn't want to take the call and had the cst on hold.

From an operational POV, we just need a culture. We originally had one but several changes has brought any semblance of the Chicago workforce culture. Additionally, we are micro-managed and treated like children. The operational support teams in Chicago are horrendous at their jobs.
Review from Operations Dept
Talent has little to no actual assessment for how good someone will be at this job and seems to hire anyone off the street but at the same time, scares away the people who can do the job effectively.
Review from Operations Dept
The leadership team, the agents that get hired. there is favoritism in the development ladder opposed to getting promoted for their work.

Better Pay, Better Culture, Better Management. Our Motto is Get Sh!t Done, but it takes 3+ months to get a basic issue addressed. We're treated like children and tenured agents are paid less than new ones for no reason other than they cant keep anyone here because everything else is awful.
Review from Operations Dept
Pure compensation outside of benefits is lacking, especially for lower level employees. The excuse that it meets cost of living is horrible, and should represent how we work and how much value we add to this company - which it currently does not.
