The company is ran by a COO who has no experience in the industry. She has no business being in a leadership role. She is a horrible leader, treats employees poorly!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are good, caring and are in the business for the residents.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The entire corporate team. Toxic culture and environment. The COO is a nut job.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview was a lie. Everything that was told to me was not the truth.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Company doesn't take care of their residents. Always cutting corners except when it comes to the COO paying her friends and family.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The entire corporate teams should be fired. They need to hire a leadership with heart and experience. The COO is all about her self and making money. COO is a FAKE and FRAUD!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation package is bad. The only person who gets to take time off is the COO. She leaves to take her daughter to cheerleading and son to his sport practice. Never at work only barks orders.
