What makes you most happy at work?
When we have enough people working to meet the needs and expectations of our residents
To be honest, it is The residents. If it wouldn't be for them I don't think I would still be working at Avanti!
Cutting off at 5 p.m.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate is completely greedy and clueless about the actual reality of their short staffed faciliy being able to provide the unreasonable promises made to residents and their families

The COO is inexperience and has no business leading people or managing a company.
Company doesn't take care of their residents. Always cutting corners except when it comes to the COO paying her friends and family.
