Base salary under market benchmark in similar industry
I'm way below industry average when I'm working nights and weekends and have exceeded sales goals. Company provides little to no incentive to push targets and tackle corporate initiatives. Lots of work, no reward.
Fair pay -- job levelling is not done well, and that makes the pay vary dramatically. Am paid well below market value for my job because they insist it be classified at a lower level -- so that they can keep me in a lwer pay range.
