There are a few coworkers that I truly care for and enjoy working with. But it is only a handful. Am not treated well (lack of respect for anyone below a Director level) and there is almost no opportunity for career growth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect of others. Servant leadership/humility. Empowering employees.

went fairly quickly - met with people from multiple levels
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to do good work -- and performan it to the best of my ability. When I am valued.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be respectful or one another. More support -- a "How can I help you with this" approach vs "That's not my job, you are on your own" mindset
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Walk the talk -- the values they tout are in name only and make a nice acronym. They are not actually behaviors that people are held to internally.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Fair pay -- job levelling is not done well, and that makes the pay vary dramatically. Am paid well below market value for my job because they insist it be classified at a lower level -- so that they can keep me in a lwer pay range.
