Communication, skill building, time management, training, professionalism and again skill building
Preventing descrimination. Zero tolerance harrassment policies. Pro-mental health practices. Helping students feel SAFE.
Being role models and not parents.

Everything. There is a lot of favoritism within this company, which contradicts everything they claim to stand for.

Bring the culture back. In a desperate frenzy to increase sales the core relationships have been hurt if not broken. Leadership was given direction to get rid of employees without being flagged by HR, those who they couldn't flush out they laid off. Employees have zero support
