What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is approachable, energetic, and invested in everyone's growth. Very transparent and encouraging.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Learning from customer feedback and industry experts to grow the company and not push alternative agendas.
This team manages instinct vs experience. They need more experienced leaders.

Need to revamp and replace company leadership
They need to hire real experienced employees, not just kids out of college.

Organized and efficient, clear set of expectations and fast delivery on decision.
Transparency - got a real feel for the role, team and culture. Also level of communication throughout
