What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

everyway to go get it better

Absolutely everything! Back to basic training. Fire the uppere management which ultimately must take responsibility fir this poisinous work environment.

The EVP I reported into told the other execs what they wanted to hear, not the truth about proposed projects. When you surround yourself with yes men, you yend to make bad decisions.

Everything, company is now run largely by outside investors because it was so poorly run by the bad managers in place. Most everyone quit and now only the bad ones who couldn't get other jobs are left

When tou bring issues they do not resolve them and they relatiate

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

it's not fair and delay to pay commission, i hope it go better more than ever but they don't do anything on the right way to go get better.

Management knowingly withholds fairly iearned employment income from workers. There is a growing body of evidence that some instances are deliberate. Very corrupt!

They literally don't give employees free coffee, hot water for tea or drinking water. That says it all.

Walk your talk. That would help

Lack of appreciation for the team, doesn't value hard work, and always looks for ways to be negative

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

Coworkers could use more professionalism.

everyway that i said so, i don't think so. It doesn't work anymore.

We could work together if they was more communication had vehicles checked in correctly n paperwork would be check and have a spot we it goes once vehicles has been expected and checked back in .to keep every thing going right u need to communicate with ur team mates and work together .

Coworkers don't work as a team and never talk to each other. Just work and go home. Staff people have strong dislike and separation from management. Management is rude and condescending

A lot needs to happen. It is tiring when you tell you manager everyday to fix the lack of sturucture almost every day. Management is no help they make it worse.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Pay, promote from within, employee recognition

Start over again with management and some staff people who think they are managers

HR leadership needs a total overhaul and new people need to take over.

Better qualified managers. Managers need to show more appreciation listen to employees. Show less favoritism speak the truth

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Interviews Reviews

nothing more i can say, it's speechless.

They are only looking for a warm body, hopefully with a drivers licence and smart enough to leave their brain at home.

Not lie to people about the company's policies

make it fast, hire a sou-table person for the job.

Review from Operations Dept

I did not even have an interview, so maybe start by having interviews with future employees to ensure the bad ones fall through.

Review from Sales Dept

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

The agenda of the management team seems more focused on sales quotas and appeasing Veteran union staff than customer service.

It starts at the top! Management is driven by greed. There is no concept of team building or respect for all workers in this workplace. Management style is master-servant. Safety is a joke. This workplace is an embarrassment for a seemingly worldwide, successful company.

Everything such as dirty cars, long lines, just overworked

Hire better talent. The recruiters don’t know anything about sourcing

Management is awful and workload is way too heavy. There's nothing wrong with all the emoyees they fire

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Outlook Reviews

Better incentives and benefits package
