What do employees at Awardco think about their benefits?
They're ok. A fully stocked kitchen is fun and all but how does that help my family? It doesn't. Health insurance is ok if you don't get a better plan in the marketplace. We were told on the first day that they didn't care when we worked as long as the work gets done. But then when you leave early, you're criticized for it. We have an "unlimited PTO" policy that really is limited to around 15-20 days. So not truly unlimited.
