  • They're ok. A fully stocked kitchen is fun and all but how does that help my family? It doesn't. Health insurance is ok if you don't get a better plan in the marketplace. We were told on the first day that they didn't care when we worked as long as the work gets done. But then when you leave early, you're criticized for it. We have an "unlimited PTO" policy that really is limited to around 15-20 days. So not truly unlimited.

  • Pay is terrible. They preach and talk about how employee chrun is so critical but don't put their money where their mouth is. If you want too much, they'll just find someone who will take what they're paying you.

  • Considering this is very common, this isn't hard. You just have to accept that you'll be underpaid. If you're looking to gain experience, you can get an in to gain that. Once you have it, leave and make more money.
