They are authentic, mission-driven, transparent and fun
Our leadership team is transparent. They have an open door policy as evidenced by the fact that they don't have "offices" the sit the open floor with everyone else. Steve is always willing to hop on calls with sales, or ask feedback from everyone a the company. They truly care about their impact.

I believe that due to our maturity at this point as a company, we're navigating an economic crisis that slows the ability to support employees in an ideal way. There have been significant efforts to leverage leveling to match market expectations, but it's slow rolling.
I feel most of the benefits at Awardco are pretty basic. Could have a better package for health, dental/vision, etc.
The majority of employees in specific departments could leave and get at least 30k pay raise. Not because the opportunities outside of Awardco are better but because of how underpaid we are. Upper-management knows about specific problems and have for over a year and no changes have been made.
