What do you like best about the leadership team? They are authentic, mission-driven, transparent and fun
What are some of the best things about your team?Team collaboration feels like true collaboration where all ideas and opinions are counted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? We recognize the work that each does on a regular basis. Credit is almost always given, where credit is due.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I believe that due to our maturity at this point as a company, we're navigating an economic crisis that slows the ability to support employees in an ideal way. There have been significant efforts to leverage leveling to match market expectations, but it's slow rolling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel most of the benefits at Awardco are pretty basic. Could have a better package for health, dental/vision, etc.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Redundant questions. See previous responses.
