They are authentic, mission-driven, transparent and fun
Our leadership team is transparent. They have an open door policy as evidenced by the fact that they don't have "offices" the sit the open floor with everyone else. Steve is always willing to hop on calls with sales, or ask feedback from everyone a the company. They truly care about their impact.
They are present but not overbearing
The leadership is empowering with no micromanagement.
