We are constantly trying to grow our company. This can be both positive and negative ass half of the company seems on-board with growth and the other half want to hang onto old product lines that do not make he company money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The different departments in our company do not appear to be team oriented. the overall goal should be success of the entire corporation not individual teams. Blame is put on different departments constantly instead of trying to fix the company and work together.
