We do have internal feedback mechanisms available to you to bring up any concerns you may have, and we encourage you to use those to help us take that feedback and be able to take action. We are currently focused on building a talented workforce of people who fit our company values. We did, like many companies, pivot our roadmap last year which resulted some positions being redundant.
