A lot of changes were done during the last two years. Nowadays the company became much more flexible, goal achievable and modern.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be kind. I've been in many meetings where team members were extremely rude and condescending to one enough. It's just work, no need to snipe.

Some people do nothing. Some people do all the work. There needs to be better distribution of work.

Diversity of tasks. In PS team we are facing a lot of different tasks, so it is never boring and always a chance to learn something new
