What do you like best about the leadership team?A lot of changes were done during the last two years. Nowadays the company became much more flexible, goal achievable and modern.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Some people do nothing. Some people do all the work. There needs to be better distribution of work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Be kind. I've been in many meetings where team members were extremely rude and condescending to one enough. It's just work, no need to snipe.
