Mostly positive. There were some changes made that were not managed well but I was able to voice my concerns and be listened to. Overall I think the company can be a bit better at transparency.

Everyone is honest and supportive of one another.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to do it from my house but still feel connected to my team and colleagues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. The vast majority of people I have/do interact with are warm, friendly, and helpful and want you to do well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like my base pay. I'd be happy with more but what I am paid for my length of time here is fair.
