Sincerity, support and trust. I feel included and important and respected and I feel it from all of them. Its highly unusual and I feel extremely lucky.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody cares abour their job and wants to do it well. I never hear people complaining or trying to pass tasks off to others. Everybody seems in it together, fighting for the success of the company
What makes you most happy at work?
That I feel valued and trusted. Nobody is breathing down your neck about minutes you've clocked. It's clear that if you work hard and get the job done, thats what matters. If you dont, you probably are in the wrong job.
