I love the open communication between the leadership team and the rest of the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are very quick and ready to thank others for doing a good job. It's still really refreshing to see.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small team but all get along great. Working with them comes naturally and that makes a huge difference in productivity.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay is great and the ancillary benefits are very nice. I do sometimes wish that I was closer to the Arlington office to get to use some of the benefits associated with that as well though.
