Axios has been a great company, even through the growing pains. We have invested in the people and though we still have areas to grow, it has proven to be amongst the high ranks of companies that care about their people.

The all-company retreat, erg time was fun.

Transparency and constant communication with employees.

They are supportive, thoughtful and brave.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility to work from home/remotely has been great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are underpaid compared to our direct competitors in the industry, and without a 401K Match system (and no more stock options) our compensation package does not stand up well. We've lost candidates due to this very issue.
