Smart, to the point, passionate about what we do and get things done.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very quick (took less than 2 weeks between when I first applied to when I got an offer).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible and caring. For example, right at the beginning of Covid, the company added monthly work-from-home benefit to reimburse for home office expenses AND a monthly mental day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Strong sense of who we are as a company. That we all play a part and that what we do is bigger than just us. We are watching out for each other and for Axios.
