This is the best job I've ever had. Axios was built with people and culture in mind and it reflects in every part of this company. We move fast, but there is a friendly face at every turn (both on screen & in person) and it motivates me to be the best I can be.

Everyone is genuinely nice - it's not just surface level. You feel heard and valued - from the top-down.

Everyone wants to see each other succeed and thrive. We all care about each other and apply ourselves into the work as well.

They were quick and responsive when it came to scheduling. And, everyone was so nice and helped me feel more comfortable interviewing with them.

I love having a flexible, remote-friendly working environment. The people I work with are energized and kind. And I know that this is a company that cares about their employees, so it makes me happy to know I can do my best and be my best self here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They do their best to make you feel welcome and get to know staff across the company. There were a lot of celebrations (pre-pandemic) were we got together and they've helped create an environment where nearly everyone is approachable and you can learn so much from people all around you.
