I am finding individuals who have different opinions and are open to conversing about those opinions. In this way, I feel intellectually stimulated and appreciated.

I like that they are trying to find ways to improve situations. This is difficult to do based on individual expectations sometimes being presented as paramount, over the majority
What makes you most happy at work?
The situation that makes me the most happy at my work is when a solution for an issue is found. I enjoy improving what already exists. Working with my extended team makes this happen!
