The leadership team needs to improve in fostering trust, promoting collaboration across silos, reducing micromanagement, and prioritizing employee well-being over excessive surveillance.
Pay us more, treat us better
Everything , they are not very employee focused
Better compensation package. Better benefits.
Promotional benefits should be given to those that are exceptional in their deliverables. However, as I mentioned previously this is not the case. Specifically, they exploit the Junior Banking Analysts by giving them garbage pay and expect senior level deliverables from them.
Pay is below market. Bonus is 50% in company stock and not vested for 2 years .
Discrimination and relatiation. Im not in CEOs "club"
Recommend leaving and finding work elsewhere.

Stop micromanaging and draining us
Hire and train people, engender loyalty, motivation and hard work.
Stop focus on hyper micromanagement. End employee surveillance. Poor HR training. Poor employee boarding practices.

Be truthful about the real job, lack of growth, low variable comp, workload and hostilities to manage expectations and provide people with needed factors to make career choice on hire.
