Better compensation could be offered
Some people in management treat others like lifeless commodity and use and throw. People whoever it maybe should behave well and talk in a proper tone.
remove the lock in period from bonuses
More money and better benefits like insurance
Work is uneven. The feedback mechanism is faulty and there is literally no point in complaining since no improvements are sought by the administration.

Promotion/compensation is based almost entirely on tenure. Promotion should be performance based

Axtria offers fair standard benefits (e.g., health care, retirement, paid time off, etc.), but I'd like to see them be a bit more innovative when it comes to workplace flexibility and more cutting edge benefits like paternity leave.
