Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Do not pay what contract says

The management is fake. They are not genuine with their intentions and the environment is set up where if you are not in the clique you wont make it. White priveledge.

The amount if work we do.

pay is going down but the cost of living is going up, makes no sense

Pay a better salary, the average is $800/monthly and we are always understaffed

Aya should eliminate the commission based pay for their recruiters and fairly redistribute the bill rate collected from Healthcare facilities to their front line workers.

While OT isn't mandatory, it may as well be for how overworked we are. Our workloads need to actually be at the level we are being paid for and doable in a 9-5 job.

Its the undervalue attitude you get from the recruiters that matters most.
