People nice at the hospital
Aya is great about promoting and enforcing work-life balance. Often times our teams do have to put in time to get things done quickly, but whenever I'm DTO I'm fully expected not to be checking my computer so I can have time away to decompress.
highly engaged, collaborative, long-term thinking, kind, employee-centric, super fun
Recognition for a job well done
Aya as a whole company shows a lot of employee appreciation
The tenure and stability. People do good work and get rewarded for it.
Everybody is driven toward the same end goal.
Work/Life balance is taken seriously. Commitment to giving back to the community. Having fun!

People communicate in a timely manner and are there to support each other
It was awesome to be introduced to different greetings and food varieties of different culture.
The team themselves. No matter your role/title the team put effort into helping everyone out.

Friendly, outgoing, positivity, Others always willing to lend a hand
The co workers and how helpful they are
Diversity, innovative, positive, effective, streamlined
Everyone works hard and supports eachother
Shared belief in the company's philosophy
Ability to travel and experience working in different settings.
The people and the workplace
Honesty would be a world of difference
Aya needs to work on their appreciation for the nurses and Integrity in business practices
First, pay a fair wage, evaluations from employees to executives, create more incentives and lower a bit the workload.
All the ppl in there talk about each other and that is not good
