My coworkers, despite executive nonsense and being classy and egocentric people, coworkers are the best part and we keep this together.

Its jist a fake environment. The coworkers like ro talk aboit one another behind the backs of their peers. They gossip and talk smack and then blame others for the prpblems they themselves creared.

The sales department does not understand any of what it takes to get people compliant and expect us to perform miracles while we can't even keep our head above water
