Its jist a fake environment. The coworkers like ro talk aboit one another behind the backs of their peers. They gossip and talk smack and then blame others for the prpblems they themselves creared.
The sales department does not understand any of what it takes to get people compliant and expect us to perform miracles while we can't even keep our head above water

Aya is great about promoting and enforcing work-life balance. Often times our teams do have to put in time to get things done quickly, but whenever I'm DTO I'm fully expected not to be checking my computer so I can have time away to decompress.

If nurses arent happy your company will not succeed
Travelers are not being well taken care of because the employees are stretched way too thin and not capable of getting to everyone. As a result, employees have to constantly apologize and make excuses and get verbal backlash from travelers.
