They are never evaluated, only the entry level employees and base employees are evaluated. They charge excess work on their employees and have protegees who work leas for a bigger pay.

The management is fake. They are not genuine with their intentions and the environment is set up where if you are not in the clique you wont make it. White priveledge.

The amount if work we do.

pay is going down but the cost of living is going up, makes no sense

Our team works fast and puts out amazing work. Everyone is always willing to jump in, even if it's not "their job" -- teamwork makes the dream work.

Its jist a fake environment. The coworkers like ro talk aboit one another behind the backs of their peers. They gossip and talk smack and then blame others for the prpblems they themselves creared.

The sales department does not understand any of what it takes to get people compliant and expect us to perform miracles while we can't even keep our head above water

Aya is great about promoting and enforcing work-life balance. Often times our teams do have to put in time to get things done quickly, but whenever I'm DTO I'm fully expected not to be checking my computer so I can have time away to decompress.

Honesty would be a world of difference

Aya needs to work on their appreciation for the nurses and Integrity in business practices

First, pay a fair wage, evaluations from employees to executives, create more incentives and lower a bit the workload.

All the ppl in there talk about each other and that is not good

They lie and deceive their clients to make more money for themselves. They do not care about helping out clients, they care about making more money.

If nurses arent happy your company will not succeed

Travelers are not being well taken care of because the employees are stretched way too thin and not capable of getting to everyone. As a result, employees have to constantly apologize and make excuses and get verbal backlash from travelers.
