They are never evaluated, only the entry level employees and base employees are evaluated. They charge excess work on their employees and have protegees who work leas for a bigger pay.

The sales department does not understand any of what it takes to get people compliant and expect us to perform miracles while we can't even keep our head above water

If nurses arent happy your company will not succeed
Travelers are not being well taken care of because the employees are stretched way too thin and not capable of getting to everyone. As a result, employees have to constantly apologize and make excuses and get verbal backlash from travelers.
