What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything offered is better than the regular industry standard

long term incentive each year

Even though I don't ever make use of it I like knowing that if I need to I can work from home or come in a little later because of a medical appointment, or leave earlier because of something time sensitive. There aren't strict timings as long as the work gets done.

It is very competitive. In addition, the company increases the compensation yearly and the reward is based on performance.

HAVING A TOXIC MANAGER WHO FAVOURS PEOPLE

Underpaid, micro managed, sidelined, bullied.

Career progression isn't clear and I think I can definitely do better in a leadership position given my experience leading teams.

I don't feel undervalued, but there isn't a complete benefits package

There is a lot of work but compensation isn't parallel to that kind of work.
